Once all the site work is complete and the foundation
has been poured, your house is ready to be set. The day
of the set, Pro-Fab arrives on site and verifies the
dimensions of the foundation. The set up crew then
installs foam sill sealer around the perimeter of
foundation.
Adjustments are made to the dimensions
of the lally columns per plans while the crew prepares
the first module for installation.
The crane lifts the first module
into place for installation on the foundation. The set
up crew closely monitors and directs the crane operator
to insure precise placement.
The second module is
placed on the foundation and the lally columns are
installed per plans. The 2 modules are then bolted
together to complete the first floor.
The third module is then installed
to begin the second story while the fourth and final
module is prepared. After the last module is in place
the installer verifies the accuracy of each module and
bolts the modules together.
Your house is now ready
for button-up!
